Medical Tourism Italy is Hiring for the HeadQuarters in the Vicenza West area.

The candidate, after a suitable training period, will have the following tasks:
- Follow the whole Patient’s experience in Italy;
- Handling of the Patient’s Folder with Documents, Bureaucracy and Commercial details
- Networking for Commercial Relationships with Facilities (Medical, Hospitality & Tourism)
- Weekly reports;
- Translation of medical documents for the Patient and the Doctors;
- In Charge of the Patient’s Followup for 6 months;
- Team work with the Customer Care
- Community Managing
- Key Account Management
- Networking with outer Agencies
- Foreign Countries Missions for specific Commercial Events
Availability, Flexibility, Dynamism, problem solving skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships complete the profile.

Employment contract: Full time
- At least 3 years of documented experience as Sales Agent;
- Use of CRM, Adobe suite and Office Suite;
- Strong attitude towards goals achievements and results;
- Strong experience in the use of Excel and other reporting tools;
- Be bilingual English-Italian level C2 for both languages;
- Instant translation skills;
- Driving license B for more than 3 years;
- Knowledge of Veneto from the artistic, historical and cultural point of view;
- hourly flexibility;
- Propensity to human contact;
- Preparation for team work.

- Level C+ in another foreign language
- preference for Spanish, German and French
